Usually, when the games aim to save the world, there is usually an external or invasive force. We are the Caretakers subverts this idea a bit. And if… we were the monsters from the beginning? Well, we are somehow. We are imprudent and destructive in the name of progress. This RPG consists in preserving the world, by force if necessary. The style of the game is afrofuturism, which, I believe, translates directly by really cool. Everything is futuristic, inspired clothes, architecture, music and traditional African symbols.

If you see this trailer and think Black Panther, well, these two things are inspired by Afro futurism. They show us how far the preservation, beliefs and the African tradition could go with the tools and resources of the future. The trailer shows tactical fights in turn. We also see customizable squads with different warriors with which you can exchange and a map of various locations and missions to choose from. These guards are the protectors of endangered animals.
